I have been interested in Serial Killers for many years, and enjoy taking a glimpse into their lives. I spent a long time trying to understand why serial killers did the things they did, but I never came to any astounding conclusions. Many serial murderers seem to come from very dysfunctional families, and have sad childhoods. The unhappiness they experienced in childhood resulted in an inability to find happiness anywhere.They seem to display ritualistic behaviour and most of them have severe memory disorders and an inability to tell the truth. Many of the serial killers I have read about have histories of chronic drug or alcohol abuse, or their parents have chronic drug and alcohol problems. Many of them have a history of committing assault and extraordinary cruelty to animals. The vast majority have a hyper sexuality and abnormal sexual behaviour.
