Tmason Club in Crimes Prevention & Resource Directory

It is a Janus word. On the one hand, it indicates individuality this one, and not another. On the other hand, it indicates resemblance as in identical twins. This is fitting in so far as my subject is concerned the serial killer or serial murderer is conceived to be both a monster, a freak, a oneoff shot, and at the same time is a category, an assembly of freaks, each of which reflects the others. Moreover, the serial killer is understood as condemned to repetition each killing is a replica of the original sin, and in the traces that the killer leaves upon the corpse and upon the crimescene is to be read his signature inimitable and ever the same.
