This computer system, including all related equipment, networks and network devices specifically including internet access, are the sole property of C4I, a privately held company, which is provided by C4I as a service for the publics use. C4I computer systems may be monitored for all lawful purposes including, but not limited to, assurance of authorized use, system management, protection against unauthorized access, verification of security procedures, and operational security. Monitoring includes active attacks by authorized C4I entities to test or verify the security of this system. During monitoring, information may be examined, recorded, copied and used for authorized purposes. All information, including personal information, placed on or sent over this system may be monitored. Use of this C4I computer system constitutes consent to monitoring of this system for these purposes. Unauthorized use may subject you to criminal prosecution. Evidence of unauthorized use collected during monitoring may be disclosed to law enforcement authorities and result in criminal prosecution under the Homeland Security Act of 2002 P.L. 107296 and the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act of 1996 Pub. L. 104294, 18 U.S.C. 1030, or other applicable criminal laws.
