Please speak up in the name of justice for the victims The death penalty in New Mexico is at risk based on lies and half truths. The media has no interest in showing the truth to the public.They would have you believe that life without parole is a reality we can live with. New Mexicos Governor Richardson has already released one murderer from prison who was sentenced to serve a life sentence. The killer of Estavan Vigil is walking free. Life does not mean life in any state. Laws can change and a Governor can free a murderer. Ours did it and now he has stated that his stance has softened on repealing the death penalty.Please contact your State Senators and the Governor and ask them to keep the death penalty in place here in New Mexico to show that we value the lives of the victims. Life does not mean life no matter what laws we try to pass
